One of our companies is currently looking for an EMEA Enterprise Account Executive in Germany.

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help scale growth across the DACH region. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue by offering enterprise-level DevOps solutions. You’ll work closely with partners in the Salesforce ecosystem, aligning their goals with tailored solutions and ensuring successful outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to identify, engage, and convert enterprise prospects into customers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract close, ensuring an exceptional client experience
  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and strategic account planning
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to deliver compelling value propositions
  • Attend marketing events and partner with Salesforce ecosystem stakeholders to build relationships and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data and sales forecasting within Salesforce CRM
  • Support post-deal success by ensuring seamless handoff and ongoing customer engagement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions
  • 1+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Native-level German language skills, with a focus on the DACH market
  • Demonstrated success in selling to C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC for opportunity qualification
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of generating new business
  • Excellent consultative selling skills and a client-centric approach
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating large client organizations
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
