The incumbent serves as the LN Human Resource (HR) Liaison and advisor to the RMO Chief and District managers and supervisors. Responsibilities include providing guidance on German LN HR regulations, policies, and law, maintaining liaison with CPACs, CHRA-Europe, Works Counsel, and US Army in Europe. The role involves advising on recruitment, staffing strategies, workforce planning, and managing personnel actions using DCPDS. Additionally, the incumbent manages outreach programs, develops recruitment plans, and assists with classification and position descriptions.
