The ZytoMax GmbH is looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) Immunohistochemistry (IHC) to join the team remotely in a full-time capacity.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Product Manager for Immunohistochemistry (IHC), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our antibody portfolio, driving innovation, and leading strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Product lifecycle management - overseeing the entire journey from concept to launch and beyond
- Strategic oversight of key areas within the IHC portfolio, including pricing strategy, demand planning, marketing strategy, and customer segmentation
- Market intelligence - analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and assessing competitor activities to inform product and marketing decisions
- Marketing execution - developing targeted campaigns, promotions, and outreach strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive product adoption
- Digital marketing initiatives - collaborating on SEO strategies, social media engagement, and content creation for maximum audience impact
- Content creation - crafting technical and scientific product information, IVDR-compliant documentation, and high-quality marketing materials
- Customer engagement - designing webinars, training sessions, workshops, and interactive learning experiences for customers and sales teams
- Sales & commercial training - developing training programs, product presentations, and sales enablement materials to support the sales and commercial teams in effectively positioning and selling IHC solutions
- Thought leadership - building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry influencers to expand brand credibility
- Collaborative approach - working in a matrix structure alongside key stakeholders to drive product success
Your Expertise
We are looking for candidates with:
- A degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or equivalent training (BTA, MTA, CTA) with relevant experience
- 5+ years in application, marketing, or sales of immunohistochemistry products
- Deep understanding of market trends, brand positioning, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience in sales enablement - training and supporting sales teams with product knowledge and insights
- Analytical and strategic mindset - evaluating market data, customer behavior, and business trends
- Ability to collaborate across functions - working effectively with sales, marketing, R&D, and business development
- Independent and proactive attitude - driving initiatives with ownership and agility
- Exceptional communication skills in English; German or French is a plus
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
