On the hunt for TWO talented Machine Learning Engineers with experience in Search, Recommendation Engines, and Text Classification to join our dynamic team. You'll collaborate with developers, scientists, and experts to improve AI features that are at the core of what we do. What you’ll do :

• Build, develop, and maintain ML models, NLP, and Information Retrieval systems that power carbon intelligence globally.
• Deliver key data and insights through platforms that support major enterprises in their climate action efforts.
• Experiment and optimize models (like transformers, classifiers, LLMs) to improve our product’s search and recommendation engine.
• Keep our data pipelines in check, ensuring everything’s ready for modeling.
• Deploy and manage models using AWS SageMaker, Flask, and Pydantic.

What you’ll need :

• Extensive experience in Machine Learning, specifically with Search, Classification, and Information Retrieval.
• Python experience, specifically working with data pipelines and REST APIs.
• A self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and working independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
