We're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Hamburg-based team. You'll support the sales process, coordinate customer events, and bring marketing initiatives to life — playing a key role in how we connect with our customers and grow our business.

Marketing & Event Coordination
Background in commercial or marketing fields (e.g., Industriekaufmann/frau, Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or similar)
2+ years in sales support, marketing coordination, and/or event planning
Strong project management and communication skills
Hands-on, well-organized, and tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred – Salesforce is a plus)
Fluent in German and English; Polish language skills are a plus
Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced team
Permanent full-time position (38.5 hrs/week) with flexible hybrid setup
30 vacation days annually and bike-leasing option
