Associate Program Manager for Electromagnetic Solutions (f/m/d)

Job Summary

Are you passionate about using software to tackle real-world engineering challenges? Do you enjoy designing intuitive, modern software solutions that simplify complex problems? Altair Engineering is looking for an engineer to join our Program Management team. In this role, you will analyze real-world electromagnetic problems and support the development of advanced simulation tools using Altair’s high-frequency electromagnetic solvers.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with electromagnetics experts and software developers to design and specify improvements and extensions to Altair Feko to support electromagnetics as well as multi-physics solutions.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Quality Assurance teams to ensure that extensions to Altair's electromagnetic simulation tools deliver high-quality, usable solutions to the market on time.

What You Will Need

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrable understanding of electromagnetics principles, applications, and simulation methodologies. (Ideally, 2–3 years of experience utilizing simulation software for electromagnetics-related problem-solving.)
• A strong track record of quickly assimilating information and successfully delivering high-quality projects on time.
• An analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
