Therapy Specialist Watchman (m/f/d) - Frankfurt Area

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business issues affecting product use by meeting with existing and potential customers. Classify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care. Determine how our therapies can provide comprehensive healthcare solutions.
  2. Identify referral networks for WATCHMAN therapy, map patient pathways, and prioritize impactful ones among Electrophysiologists, Gastroenterologists, Nephrologists, Neurologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and Primary Care Physicians.
  3. Increase patient treatment and clinical success through education and training of stakeholders involved in patient identification and referral.
  4. Develop and strengthen relationships via therapy awareness activities, customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, procedural observations, trade shows, and problem resolution.
  5. Build relationships with hospital administrative staff to understand hospital dynamics and identify key decision makers.
  6. Educate physicians and AHPs on product usage through presentations and demonstrations.
  7. Create action plans based on sales data to meet organizational sales goals, collaborating with sales managers and reps.
  8. Travel to meet with referral networks, discuss needs, and demonstrate how our products can help achieve their goals.
  9. Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships in target accounts.
Quality Systems Requirements

Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and product quality by adhering to Quality Policies and procedures. For supervisors, ensure resources are maintained for compliance and foster a quality-supportive work environment.

Your Background
  • 2-4 years proven sales management experience, preferably in Pharma industry.
  • Experience in EMEA markets and knowledge of healthcare systems in Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain.
  • Additional MedTech sales, business development, or market access experience is a plus.

Deep understanding of job principles and the ability to apply knowledge in various situations.
