Your responsibilities

Your daily tasks will focus on flagship CBDC and digital asset projects with top-tier capital market clients, helping them transform and generate value.

You’ll co-create solutions using blockchain and distributed ledger technologies to increase revenues.

You’ll coordinate teams for complex client engagements, evaluate business cases, propose solutions, and assess risks.

Within Accenture’s Financial Services Infrastructure Center of Excellence, you’ll lead and manage your team in a dynamic, agile environment, guiding and mentoring team members.

What we’re looking for

• Degree or training in IT or finance, e.g., financial informatics, economics, computer science, banking, programming, software engineering, or business administration.
• Understanding of capital markets, investment banking, asset management, trading, and risk management.
• Knowledge of financial products, trading platforms, regulations, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with technology infrastructure like OMS, market data, and risk systems is a plus.
• Several years of IT management experience, preferably in finance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for solving client problems.
• Fluent in German and English.
