JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Junior Category Manager, you will support our Retail Campaigns team in coordinating sales campaigns for our Furniture & Lighting team. Your responsibilities include collecting and organizing data from suppliers to design high-quality Home & Living campaigns for our curated website, executing the strategy. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Collect relevant product information in collaboration with suppliers to ensure high-quality sales campaigns (e.g., product images, dimensions)
2. Monitor inventory and manage stock levels
3. Conduct quality control of campaigns to inspire customers with engaging offerings
4. Assist in setting campaign prices to ensure market fit and profitability
5. Serve as a point of contact for customer care, logistics, production, and the creative team

YOU COME WITH

1. Bachelor's degree or recognized qualification in business administration, communication, retail, or related fields
2. First relevant experience is a plus
3. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
4. Affinity for e-commerce and Home & Living
5. Attention to detail and accurate work ethic
6. Reliable, organized, and responsible working style
7. Hands-on mentality
8. Fluency in German and English
