This position is a combination of Technical Marketing and MarComm that 1) works out value propositions for different markets (Industrial, Robotics, Automotive), create product GTM strategy for US and EU market, and support sales enablement materials; use social media and media channels to explain these value to the different markets / organize dedicated events. 2) Enhance Hesai’s brand visibility in the global markets, following Hesai’s brand guidelines.
Responsible for co-marketing / co-PR activities; engaged with customers and generated content such as webinars, case studies, newsletters, testimonial videos, technical blog posts, etc.
Work closely with the sales team to empower distributors; plan and execute co-marketing programs with distributors and prepare training assets.
Work closely with the China marketing team to ensure delivery of a holistic marketing strategy within the local markets, and collaborate on product GTM assets and global flagship events like CES.
Manage media interviews and media co-ops on industry topics about ADAS and robotics to continuously educate the market about lidar’s adoption.
Support tradeshows and local event planning.
Requirement :
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with campaign development and execution experience. Experience in technology or automotive is preferred.
Strong Product Marketing expertise, capable of translating technical concepts into market-friendly messaging. Technical background preferred, ensuring a better understanding of product value and communication.
Proficiency in social media marketing, leveraging digital channels for brand growth.
Strong customer engagement skills, capable of gathering market feedback and optimizing strategies.
Excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing.
Fast learner. Self-driven. Highly responsible and team spirit. Can-do attitude. Experience in cross-country team collaboration is a plus.
The candidate must be able to commute to our Stuttgart office at least 2 days a week.
