Your tasks

As a customer care representative in our friendly customer care team, you will ensure that our customers are always helped as best as possible and treated kindly. If solving problems and interacting with people are among your strongest skills, you might have found the perfect job for you! Your responsibilities include:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries: Ensure quick and friendly replies to emails and phone calls.
2. Process replacement orders/refunds: Address customer issues by handling replacement orders or refunds.
3. Check reviews on different channels: Regularly monitor and analyze customer reviews.
4. Communicate with the warehouse: Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to coordinate orders, stock levels, and deliveries.

Your profile

• Ideally, you can join us starting in November 2024.
• You are fluent in English, Danish, and Swedish. Please contact us if you do not meet all language requirements.
• It's a big plus if you also speak Finnish.
• We’d love to see you in our Berlin office, but 100% remote work (from Germany) is also an option — the choice is yours!
