Jobbeschreibung

As our Junior Sales Manager, you will join our Sales & Marketing team, ensuring that our POHA houses are fully let with a thriving community. Being part of our Aachen-based team, you will help us to ensure our monthly sales and revenue goals and be the resident’s first contact representing our brand and products.

Your Tasks
  1. Be the face and first point of contact for anyone interested in living or working in one of our POHA Houses
  2. Own the lettings journey for leads across all of our active locations from first contact to contract signature
  3. Proactively promote POHA to interested inbound leads via phone, email, WhatsApp and video calls
  4. Gain insights and support the Head of Sales with B2B Sales
  5. Work closely with the marketing and community teams to convert qualified leads into active residents and members
Your Profile
  1. Excellent written and spoken language skills in English
  2. Advanced written and spoken language skills in German
  3. A passion for sales and hospitality, ideally having first work experience in Sales or Real Estate
  4. Confident appearance and very good communication and presentation skills
  5. Strong customer orientation and service mentality
  6. Strong organizational and coordination skills
  7. Negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and a high level of self-motivation
  8. Resilience & ability to succeed in a startup environment
  9. Creative problem-solver with “can-do” attitude and a talent for getting things done
