Job Description:

We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our Fulfillment Tech Enabling Team at ABOUT YOU.

Our Fulfillment Tech Team is responsible for efficient and stable system solutions connecting our internal systems with external logistics-driven systems, such as warehouse management systems. With a strong understanding of logistical business processes and deep knowledge of our systems, they ensure the processing of thousands of parcels per day and a smooth customer experience within the fulfillment process.

What you will do

• Perform high-quality manual and automated testing for our middleware backend systems connected to our 3rd party logistics providers.
• Introduce standard processes for manual and automated testing to ensure ongoing high quality in deployments and features.
• Collaborate with developers on testing complex issues, working directly with databases and APIs.
• Reproduce issues and provide insights into bugs by analyzing logs and monitoring.
• Coordinate testing efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality features.
• Participate in technical conception discussions to support finding efficient tech solutions in complex environments.

Who you are

• You have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of complex backend tech projects.
• You are experienced in manual (explorative and destructive) and automated testing with great attention to detail.
• You can quickly understand complex technical systems.
• You easily acquire knowledge of business processes and keep the business value in mind.
• You possess excellent communication skills and can handle different stakeholders effectively.
• You speak and write English fluently.
