Company Overview:

Our client is a medical spa company founded in 1972 in Lithuania, renowned for its long tradition of Medical SPA treatments and its natural therapeutic factors: mineral water, healing mud, and climate combined with modern technologies and innovative medical equipment. They are the largest sanatory in Eastern Europe, with around 900 employees.

It is located in two Lithuanian resorts – Birštonas and Druskininkai, as well as in Vilnius, where it opened a Day Centre in 2023. They offer different types of services in each of the locations, including sauna complexes, swimming pools, buffet restaurants, cafes, conference rooms, gyms, outdoor reflexology path, library, garden, playground, tennis, basketball, and badminton courts.

The company is seeking a dedicated and driven Business Development Manager to help them expand their reach in the German market. This person will be in charge of communications with new agencies, health insurance companies, and corporate clients in Germany. They are looking for a proactive salesperson, a driven hunter with a hands-on mentality. If you have a passion for sales and the medical tourism industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new B2B sales channels and execute the sales budget.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients.
  3. Direct sales to corporate clients.
  4. Organize and control the sales processes.
  5. Resolve arising problems and manage conflicts.
  6. Represent the company at events and business missions.
  7. Close cooperation with other departments of the sanatorium.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in active sales.
  2. Experience in hospitality, medical tourism, or the health insurance industry is a significant advantage.
  3. Personal vehicle to use for work.
  4. Native German language skills.
  5. English language skills.

Skills:

  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
