Expertise:

  • As an engineering manager, you will combine your technical proficiency with effective management. Lead the pursuit of technical excellence while fostering the professional growth of your team members.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and senior leadership to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap.
  • Enhance Lean and Agile Practices: Advocate for organizational values and leadership principles to foster lean and agile practices, refine processes, and boost productivity.
  • Hold regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth conversations to plan and support career development, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Co-create a collaborative and inclusive culture in line with our company values.

Your Profile

  • Experience building and further developing teams of technical professionals.
  • Experience in operational technology harmonization.
  • Technical understanding of workplace technologies such as Citrix, Intune, SCCM, Windows, etc.
  • End-user focused mindset.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and inspire people.
  • Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.
  • Deep understanding of large-scale corporate operations.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
