Jobbeschreibung

Share our passion for water and join us on an exciting journey

Water is our source of life, our everything. Without the joy of pure water, we cannot live. So, together, we must protect it. At BRITA, we promise to keep water protected and nurtured by inspiring as many people as possible with our BRITA "Water Smart" ideas to enjoy drinking water sustainably in new ways every day. We have a positive impact on our planet by inspiring change and empowering you to enjoy great drinking water in a smart and simple way. With us, you are part of something big—a global team of over 2,000 employees that sticks together like a family. We give you the space you need and the trust you deserve. Each individual matters, and we value your dedication. Only when you feel comfortable with us can we achieve great things together.

Ready to take our Supply Chain Planning to the next level?

Our Supply Chain Management oversees the entire process—from procurement to the refurbishment of our products—and plays a crucial role in our growth. We have big plans for the future!

As a Supply Chain Planner, you'll work within an end-to-end (E2E), holistic supply chain planning. You'll ensure the overall availability of relevant products across the group at optimal inventory levels, contributing to improved product availability and cost efficiency.

Specifically, this means
  • Planning the procurement of our externally manufactured BRITA consumer products based on market demand, aiming to ensure high product availability while maintaining efficient inventory levels.
  • Determining capacity requirements and coordinating them with the production capacities of individual suppliers.
  • Reviewing the planning strategy and finding new ways to optimize procurement, inventory, and costs, with KPIs guiding your recommendations.
  • Managing product changes from sampling to phase-in and phase-out, acting as the main contact for related functions.
  • Collaborating closely with Inventory Planning, Logistics, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and international supply partners, and participating in process improvement projects.
  • Becoming an SAP ERP expert in the MM/PP modules and mastering our planning system Maestro after onboarding.
To fully unlock your potential, you should bring:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering focusing on Supply Chain Management, or Production & Logistics, or relevant commercial/technical apprenticeship with extensive experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning within manufacturing or SCM consultancy, with operational process knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A reliable, detail-focused, and goal-oriented work style, with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork enthusiasm, and proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office, with fluency in German, English, and Mandarin.
What we offer

We value appreciation and recognition, and aim to support your growth and happiness. Our offerings include:

  • An open, dynamic culture encouraging personal responsibility.
  • A challenging, international industry environment.
  • Opportunities for professional and personal development, including leadership training and coaching.
  • Flexible work arrangements with hybrid options (up to 60% remote).
  • An attractive salary package aligned with market conditions, including bonuses, pension schemes, and subsidies.
  • Long-term accounts, sabbaticals, and partial retirement options.
  • Company restaurant, beverages, health management, job bike program, parking, and charging stations.
  • Encouragement of individuality and comfort in your work attire.

We look forward to hearing from you, including your salary expectations and availability, through our career portal!
