Your Tasks
  • Operation and monitoring of central IT systems of the SEEBURGER Cloud
  • Collaboration in the implementation and go-live of new cloud services
  • Incident Management at 1st and 2nd Level for Cloud Services (German and English)
  • Problem Management: categorization, documentation, error cause analysis, and development of solutions to prevent future errors
  • Service Improvement of supported services to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Creation of work instructions, operating concepts, and user guides
Your Profile
  • Completed training in IT, IT systems management, industrial management with IT affinity, or comparable training
  • Professional experience in application/customer support or service management
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, teamwork skills, resilience, and customer-oriented approach
  • Enjoyment working with people and diverse IT tasks
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in German and English for international communication with colleagues and customers
