Job Description:

We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Strategic Sales Team. The role involves owning revenue growth and managing the design-in and design wins for a Strategic Automotive Account. The candidate should work closely with internal sales and distribution teams to drive new design activity, accurately forecast revenue, and develop strategic relationships with customer leadership and engineering teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage revenue growth and design funnel development.
  2. Drive opportunity discovery, design-in, and design win revenue conversion, managing the full funnel.
  3. Forecast customer revenue accurately on a monthly basis.
  4. Drive design wins both directly and through distribution channels.
  5. Collaborate with FAE and manage technical resources across Business Units.
  6. Increase market share by understanding competition and deepening customer relationships.
  7. Promote and sell solution-based silicon products.

Qualifications

  1. Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
  2. Good knowledge of semiconductors, especially in MCU, SoC, Analog, and Power devices.
  3. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  4. Effective communication and reporting skills.
  5. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office.
  7. Valid driver’s license.
