Job Description:

Our Production Department is responsible for the supply chain behind the online used-car-buying experience for private customers — from vehicle repair to delivery by our glass trucks or transport to the pick-up branch. We are fast, data-driven, and efficient. Our goal is to redefine the used car market for private customers through a first-class production process. Contribute by questioning the status quo and demonstrating your negotiating skills and competence.

As part of the Business Development team at our headquarters in Berlin, you will work closely with on-site departments at our production facilities in Germany to elevate our used-car refurbishment process.

• Design the development and expansion of infrastructure for our in-house production sites in Germany for our retail brand Autohero, to increase capacity and improve workflows.
• Communicate with business partners across Germany and conduct contract negotiations to expand projects for Autohero and establish them nationwide.
• Manage processes for cross-location workflows and coordinate goals using forecasts and tools.
• Analyze processes, develop improvement measures, and ensure smooth operations.
• Drive the implementation of new IT features from specification to rollout.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, logistics, or similar.
• Experience in start-ups, management consultancy, fast-growing companies, or automotive sector is a plus.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel for on-site projects.
• Hands-on mentality, ownership, agility, and solution focus.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, decisiveness, flexibility.
• Fluent German and English skills are mandatory.
