Responsibilities:

1. Handle calls, emails, and chat in German
2. Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations
3. Promote current promotions and offers as a brand ambassador
4. Manage account and billing issues, upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns according to training guidelines
5. Collaborate and share ideas with colleagues
6. Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

1. Excellent command of German
2. Good knowledge of English
3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
4. Computer literacy and tech-savviness
5. Ability to multitask and possess strong interpersonal skills
6. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime if needed
7. Customer support experience is a plus
8. Positive and adventurous attitude
