ZEISS is seeking a passionate, dynamic IT Project Manager to join during an exciting period of growth for the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT activities across multiple SAP S/4HANA deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise IT activities of multiple SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within a single hub.
2. Manage scope, schedule, and budget for IT-related activities in deployment projects and monitor technical project deliverables.
3. Plan and ensure IT resource availability, coordinate and supervise the work of highly motivated project teams, and collaborate with stakeholders across locations.
4. Align with global factory coordinators, organize and coordinate data migration, testing, and cutover activities for deployment projects.
5. Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve IT-related issues and risks associated with deployment projects.
6. Prepare project reports on progress, milestone status, issues, and ensure targets for time, budget, and content are met. Conduct reporting, information management, and prepare cost/benefit analyses and forecasts.
7. Manage communication with project stakeholders regarding IT-related activities.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in IT Project Management, including planning, management, implementation, and successful transition to operations.
3. Proven ability to lead teams of technical project resources.
4. Ability to create and review configuration and technical specifications.
5. High degree of initiative, excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
6. Ability to build networks and a keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams.
