Your Responsibilities

• Develop and independently implement Sales Excellence strategies to continuously and sustainably optimize sales processes and structures.
• Take responsibility for the continuous improvement and development of sales planning and control tools, including the use of IT tools (CRM, etc.).
• Responsible for creating sales revenue forecasts and closely collaborating with sales departments and business units.
• Regularly evaluate sales performance, analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively, and continuously develop the sales report. Additionally, prepare special evaluations for management and executive board, and participate in corporate-wide reporting processes.
• Support the development of overarching sales strategies, conduct market analyses, and ensure alignment between strategy and planning.
• Work closely with sales departments, business units, finance, corporate strategy, and other relevant departments to ensure efficient and future-oriented task execution.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in sales controlling or similar roles, ideally in IT/technology project environments within a corporate setting.
• Strong numerical understanding and interest in the content behind the numbers.
• Proficient in CRM systems and other software tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
• High diligence and reliability.
• Excellent communication, assertiveness, presentation, and moderation skills.
• High level of initiative, independence, and team spirit.
