Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Support the development of roles and permissions within SAP authorization systems.
  • Act as a contact for SAP permissions and participate in SAP-related projects.
  • Collaborate with 'Corporate Audit' and external auditors regarding governance, compliance, and security audits.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and providing workarounds within second-level support and support first-level support with solutions.
  • Maintain and document the SAP authorization concept and support the operation of the SAP Identity Management system.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Completed studies in Computer Science/Business Informatics or similar, or an apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker*in(w/m/d) with relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge in role development, implementation, and module-specific authorization objects.
  • Experience with analysis tools like SUIM, SE16, and SOD conflicts.
  • Proficient in SAP NetWeaver environment (ABAP and Java Stack) and knowledge of SIVIS Suite.
  • Desirable: initial knowledge of SAP GRC (Access Control and Governance), SAP IDM, and S4/HANA permissions.
  • Good German and English skills (spoken and written).
