For our offices in Heidelberg, Frankfurt/Main, or Stuttgart, we are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for product marketing for our award-winning Control product line, including developing messaging, positioning, go-to-market assets, and enabling our GTM teams. You will also promote Onapsis to the market and drive awareness, adoption, and success of the product line.

Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing, your responsibilities include:

1. Product Messaging and Positioning: Communicating the value of Onapsis Control solutions.
2. Marketing and Sales Content: Creating materials to educate prospects and customers.
3. Market and Competitive Research: Understanding the market and competitors to influence strategy.
4. Sales and Partner Enablement: Ensuring teams understand messaging and features.
5. Subject Matter Expertise Support: Assisting sales efforts with expertise.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with international teams to grow market share.

You will also own product launches and collaborate with product management on future roadmaps.

Required Skills:

• Experience managing product marketing for application security or SAP enterprise code products.
• Proven ability to develop messaging, positioning, and lead product launches.
• Independent thinking, solution presentation, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Data-driven, pragmatic strategic approach.
• Proficiency in English and German at a business level.
