Location: Remote in EU or Dubai, UAE
Contract Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary + commission

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing international team. This role involves building genuine partnerships, identifying opportunities in complexity, and helping organizations find real value through people-centered solutions.

You’ll work remotely across the EU region, developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to strategic business development efforts. If you’re proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate about growth, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via partner networks, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while promoting client retention and satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate records
  • Report on performance and pipeline activity to internal stakeholders
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English speaker (C1), with strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, with proven sales experience in financial services or related sectors
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to engage clients in commercially-driven conversations and deliver tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets; comfortable working independently and in teams
