Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain planning, ensuring product availability at optimal inventory levels to support our growth and efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan procurement based on market demand to ensure high product availability and efficient inventory management.
• Coordinate capacity requirements with suppliers' production capabilities.
• Review and optimize procurement, inventory, and costs; provide actionable insights based on KPIs.
• Manage product lifecycle changes from sampling to phase-out, serving as the primary contact for related functions.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planning, Logistics, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and international supply partners.
• Develop expertise in SAP ERP (MM / PP modules) and Maestro planning system after onboarding.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, with focus on Supply Chain Management or related field, or relevant apprenticeship with extensive experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning within manufacturing or SCM consultancy.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and goal-focused, with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication skills in German, English, and Mandarin; proficient in ERP (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
