Job Description
- Architect and manage the HR IT Global Platforms and Foundation, serving as the IT partner and provider at a global level for HR departments, Centers of Excellence, and HR Services.
- Strategy and transformation: Support transformation of business strategies into efficient, state-of-the-art IT solutions and services. Develop implementation plans for all related IT aspects. Contribute proactively to overall CC and IT strategy.
- Project Management: Lead the implementation of global HR IT Master Data Management solutions, utilizing cloud and on-premise technologies. Review project impacts on architecture and guide towards optimal setups.
- Oversee HR IT platforms: Including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, and Fiori. Manage integrations and interfaces with other platforms and applications, including Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge Management: Serve as the knowledge source for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flow. Maintain and update expertise in this strategic field.
- Technical Authority: Act as the technical authority, drive innovations, and improve existing technologies. Develop and implement strategies for the area of responsibility.
- Consultation and Guidance: Provide guidance and training to colleagues and management within the area.
- Optimization and Innovation: Contribute to developing and implementing new strategies and technologies. Ensure optimization of the global HR-IT landscape, platforms, and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture, and roadmap.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in computer science, a technical field, or equivalent qualification
- Multiple years of relevant work experience
- Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, especially SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, Master Data Management, Architecture Management
- A passion for developing and optimizing system landscapes and data flows
- Excellent problem-solving and holistic thinking skills
- High customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge or experience with HR business processes
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); German skills are an advantage (developable through training)
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, including business trips abroad
