Summary

Being an auditor at TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH means asking questions, observing, listening, and above all, maintaining integrity. During your audits in manufacturing, you will meet various people and companies, laying the foundation for a good network and a successful career. We also invest in your development by offering on-the-job training to become a 3rd Party Auditor, with full-time salary from the start.

Responsibilities & Duties
  1. Plan and schedule audits with clients, conduct audits, and prepare reports in compliance with accreditation standards and internal procedures.
  2. Review documents and prepare audit reports according to formal and substantive requirements.
  3. Lead on-site audits (remote audits possible) as the lead auditor, recording strengths, deviations, recommendations, and evidence.
  4. Clarify certification contents and provide technical support to sales.
  5. Enhance customer relationships through quality-focused auditing and professional demeanor.
Experience & Qualifications
  1. Technical or scientific degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry) or comparable training with several years of experience in quality, work, energy, or environmental management systems (multi-qualification required).
  2. Experience in planning and conducting audits.
  3. Strong judgment and decision-making skills, cost-conscious thinking, and high social competence.
  4. Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
  5. Willingness to travel approximately 70% for fieldwork.
