Report to : Head, Analytics & Management information

Role Purpose

Provide Operational Performance Data Insights and Analysis by delivering Timely Inputs/Recommendations for Improvement in Business processes and Customer experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Recommend Process/system changes based on data Analytics.
• Communicate with stakeholders across operations to understand their requirements and provide data analysis accordingly.
• Provide data insights for different projects to enable informed decision-making.
• Deliver customer-specific reports and analysis for Ops SMT review meetings with customers.
• Automate daily reporting requirements through BO and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Increase the proportion of tickets raised through Colt Online.
• Deliver customer segmentation within Network Operations.

Skills & Experience :

• Individual contributor with expertise and hands-on experience in Data Science (AI/ML/Predictive Analysis/Gen AI), Python, SQL.
• Experience with Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL (complex queries).
• Proficiency in Qlik Sense / Power BI.
• Good knowledge of VBA/VBS coding.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data connections, pivots, charts).
• High aptitude and logical thinking.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities.
• Experience in Predictive Modelling and Machine Learning.

Education

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field.
