In Summer 2025, Campus Founders will open its new building called GRAVITY, featuring co-working and co-creation areas, a media studio, community, and event spaces.

As Project Manager Operations Spaces, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and developing the technical infrastructure. Your role involves implementing processes to improve efficiency, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating closely with program managers and the marketing team to execute account-based marketing strategies.

Your fields of action at a glance:

• You oversee the setup and maintenance of our technical infrastructure, including IT systems, software applications (e.g., HubSpot or OfficeRnD), and APIs, and continuously develop them.
• You foster and implement operational policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• You identify and develop process and automation potentials to increase efficiency.
• You work closely with our team and act as first-level support to implement and manage technical solutions.
• You develop and maintain data-driven systems to track and analyze user interactions and business metrics.
• You support our marketing team with account-based marketing activities, such as setting up email campaigns or optimizing sequences.

You’re a good fit if you bring:

• A solid professional qualification, whether through completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree, ideally complemented by some initial work experience.
• Extensive IT skills in HubSpot, OfficeRnD, Zapier, and Make.
• Reliable knowledge in data analysis and performance metrics to expand your IT expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, and time management.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), good communication in German, and an enjoyment of intercultural experiences.
