Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with suppliers: Travel regularly to address production issues, provide feedback, and help implement action plans.
• Create production calculations: Identify cost-saving opportunities for existing and new products.
• Operations: Communicate with suppliers, participate in team meetings regarding project implementation, and handle data entry.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of economics and finance: Understanding of cash flow, P&L, income statements, and cost breakdowns.
• Business acumen and maturity: Negotiation skills, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
• People skills: Empathy and communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
