TechStyle Fashion Group is currently seeking a Sales Manager Wholesale based in Berlin, Germany.

Founded in 2013, Fabletics combines fashion-forward design with high-performance technology to redefine activewear. We serve over 2 million loyal members through our VIP program, offering premium quality at affordable prices, with new collections released weekly in sizes XXS-4X for women and XS-4X for men.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies across European markets.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key wholesale accounts, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and distribution agreements to drive revenue.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to align strategies with brand positioning.
  • Monitor sales performance, set targets, and meet KPIs.
  • Represent Fabletics at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in fashion, activewear, or retail.
  • Extensive network within the European wholesale and retail industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that increase revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are advantageous.
