Could you be the full-time Line Scheduling Coordinator (f/m/d) in Hennigsdorf? The position offers a temporary contract for 12 months.

Your Future Role

2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape the future of rail mobility in Hennigsdorf. Our product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, trams, and light rail vehicles. Our corporate functions support and improve our site performance. You’ll report to Lars Herrler and work alongside a dedicated team.

We’re looking for you to:

  • Initialize all line feeding flows at project start
  • Check plan orders readiness and analyze exception messages of the MRP
  • Convert Planned Orders (MPS) into Work Orders and launch them on time
  • Follow up daily on Work Orders' progress and provide visibility on material availability
  • Display and update priorities as planned in the MPS at shop floor level
  • Alert the planning team about issues impacting plan execution
  • Analyze deviations and propose recovery actions
  • Provide line-feeding priorities to the logistics team
  • Monitor production of sub-assemblies and follow up subcontracted operations
  • Ensure data accuracy related to BOM/Routings
  • Collaborate with quality team on inspections and issues
  • Contribute to footprint updates with Logistics methods
  • Manage work order information workflow
  • Follow up on customer complaints and NCRs
  • Minimize product throughput time and maintain WIP levels
  • Participate in inventories during project closure
  • Respect EHS rules and participate in safety observations
