Location: Germany

Salary: Circa £75-100K+ (commensurate) + car allowance, bonus, and other benefits

Our client is a super-premium spirits producer and distributor with ambitious plans to drive growth across Europe and other key markets with its award-winning brands, exceptional customer service, and dynamic consumer engagement.

Fluid Fusion is seeking an experienced senior sales professional with strong credentials in premium drinks brands and experience managing customers in the On Trade, Off Trade channels, and drinks distributors across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow brand visibility, volume, and profitability within the assigned region across off-trade and on-trade channels.
  2. Lead annual and operational sales planning within the territory.
  3. Execute sales strategies to meet targets and KPIs, achieving the sales plan.
  4. Negotiate with key HoReCa accounts and build relationships with key partners and customers.
  5. Manage pricing, discounts, target setting, and profitability planning.
  6. Manage relationships with distributors, partners, and clients.
  7. Oversee full P&L management.
  8. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  9. Collaborate with the global marketing team on brand and marketing plans.
  10. Implement global marketing campaigns and manage local marketing activities, including events and POSM development.
  11. Develop and execute on/off-trade incentive programs, promotions, and branding projects.
  12. Prepare local reports, including quarterly marketing reports, monthly sales reports, and annual sales planning.
Requirements:
  1. Strong knowledge of key accounts and sales channels in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  2. Experience in international drinks sales, partner management, and developing premium drinks brands, preferably spirits.
  3. Higher education in Economics or Marketing preferred.
  4. Fluent in German and excellent in English, both verbal and written.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Strong networking and analytical skills.
  7. Understanding of marketing and trade marketing.
  8. Willingness to travel frequently within the German-speaking region.
  9. Ability to work and develop in a fast-changing environment.

Candidates must be based in Germany or have access to a main German city (e.g., Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Stuttgart) and be eligible to work there.
