  • Ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and comply with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements

  • Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across all operations
  • Maintain close communication with OEM customers and internal stakeholders to align on delivery schedules, technical specifications, and program milestones
  • Drive EHS compliance and best practices in health and safety, ensuring a safe and legally compliant workplace
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to drive performance improvement

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior plant leadership role
  • Strong background in metal stamping and fabrication processes, including experience with transfer presses, progressive dies, and robotic automation
  • Solid knowledge of Lean tools, value stream mapping, OEE, SMED, and TPM
  • Proven track record of delivering operational improvements, cost reductions, and KPI growth
  • Experience in program launch management, including capital equipment installation, tooling integration, and ramp-up
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to lead large teams in union or non-union environments
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, Polish) are advantageous
  • Open to relocation or regular travel depending on site location
