Position: Equipment Technician

We are seeking highly motivated Equipment Technicians to work on tool preventive maintenance, parts management, and improving chip manufacturing success rates. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge systems to enhance tool performance and availability, ensuring uptime and cycle time goals.

Upon hiring, candidates will undergo a comprehensive training period of at least six months in Taiwan with industry experts. ESMC covers major expenses including relocation, visas, accommodation, and meals for you and your immediate family. We offer a competitive total compensation package.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive maintenance on 300mm semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment.
2. Respond to error messages from factory systems and equipment.
3. Review SPC charts and troubleshoot process defects.
4. Conduct visual inspections post-maintenance.
5. Participate in continuous improvement and skills development initiatives.
6. Manage spare parts throughout their lifecycle to optimize inventory.
7. Adhere to safety, environmental, health, and security standards.

Candidate Profile

• Legally eligible to work in Germany.
• Associate degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• 0-2 years of technician experience.
• Proficient with computer systems and documentation.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with proper gowning.
• Physically capable of lifting weights per safety guidelines.
• Flexible to work on a compressed schedule, including day/night shifts.

Experience & Language Skills

• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Basic English skills required; German and Mandarin are advantageous.
