ABOUT THE ROLE

Elfie is seeking a Sr. Product Analyst with over 5 years of experience in mobile analytics, particularly within freemium lifestyle mobile apps. You will focus on analyzing and improving user engagement, retention, and overall app experience.

The candidate can be based in Ho Chi Minh City or Paris.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Use tools like Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to analyze user behavior and engagement metrics
• Monitor KPIs such as DAU, WAU, MAU, session length, churn, and cohort retention
• Data-Driven Insights: Identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention; provide actionable recommendations
• A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze tests to validate hypotheses
• Collaboration: Work with product teams to align analytics with strategy; present insights clearly

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 5+ years of experience in mobile analytics
• Expertise in Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
• Strong understanding of engagement metrics, cohort analysis, and retention curves
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of user behavior in lifestyle apps (preferred)
• Familiarity with user segmentation strategies (preferred)
• Experience in agile environments (preferred)
