Join our seasoned and driven team as a strategic partner to our senior business leaders and HR colleagues. You will lead executive recruiting for an entire division of the organization globally. Responsible for spearheading the recruitment of the next generation of leaders, you will partner closely with the business, Talent Acquisition, and the broader HR organization.

You will pioneer innovative approaches to attract and recruit top-tier executives. As the preferred partner of our senior leaders, your white-glove approach will allow you to customize processes to diverse needs, ensuring an exceptional candidate and business experience.

Your cross-functional collaboration and ability to identify synergies will enable you to cultivate partnerships and lead projects spanning Internal Mobility, Employer Branding, Strategic Market Mapping, DEI initiatives, and more, leveraging and contributing to our latest technology.

Your drive and ability to raise the bar will strengthen our partnerships with teams such as Total Rewards & Analytics, Talent Development, Procurement, MBS, Interview Scheduling, and externally with Executive Search Firms. You will extend the company's market awareness and network, forging enduring relationships with global industry leaders while embodying and promoting our organization's brand and culture.

Who You Are:
  1. You possess a University degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  2. You demonstrate over 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with successful executive-level recruitment in a highly competitive, dynamic, and global environment.
  3. You have full-cycle expertise in recruiting diverse leaders and senior-level executives.
  4. You have excellent knowledge of the leadership landscape, including assessments and development trends.
  5. You understand sophisticated and intricate compensation structures.
  6. You can build and nurture trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
  7. You are fluent in English, with exceptional spoken and written communication skills. Fluency in German is preferred.
  8. You possess outstanding negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
