Join our seasoned and driven team as a strategic partner to our senior business leaders and HR colleagues. You will lead executive recruiting for an entire division of the organization globally. Responsible for spearheading the recruitment of the next generation of leaders, you will partner closely with the business, Talent Acquisition, and the broader HR organization.
You will pioneer innovative approaches to attract and recruit top-tier executives. As the preferred partner of our senior leaders, your white-glove approach will allow you to customize processes to diverse needs, ensuring an exceptional candidate and business experience.
Your cross-functional collaboration and ability to identify synergies will enable you to cultivate partnerships and lead projects spanning Internal Mobility, Employer Branding, Strategic Market Mapping, DEI initiatives, and more, leveraging and contributing to our latest technology.
Your drive and ability to raise the bar will strengthen our partnerships with teams such as Total Rewards & Analytics, Talent Development, Procurement, MBS, Interview Scheduling, and externally with Executive Search Firms.
