Our digital marketing team at schoene neue kinder implements holistic online marketing strategies with sustainable added value for our clients with a focus on B2B. As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the operational implementation of media strategies and the further development of our clients: From planning and implementation to reporting and analysis, you will manage your campaigns in interdisciplinary teams and keep an eye on KPIs and budget.

Your tasks:

• Technical requirements management for the use of digital marketing tools
• Independent support of your customers
• Creation and implementation of paid campaigns in all stages of the marketing funnel with a focus on search ads, social media and display (programmatic and fixed placements)
• Monitoring, optimisation and reporting of campaigns
• Budget control and support with billing
• Further development of online marketing strategies for our clients together with the teams from the Consulting, Content Marketing and Creative departments.
• If you have additional knowledge, e.g. in the areas of SEO, social (organic) or marketing automation, you are very welcome to contribute it.
