Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and apply appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a variety of advertisers to deliver optimal digital advertising solutions for each customer.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets and be part of a larger sales team expanding the Client customer base across EMEA. You will join the largest team creating unique customer experiences while actively influencing the German online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

1. Implement creative strategies to enhance client companies and agency relationships by tailoring and sharing performance suggestions, and upselling or promoting other Google products.
2. Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies maximize ROI on their advertising investments through a consultative approach.
3. Consistently meet sales quotas while delivering an outstanding customer sales experience.
4. Proactively communicate with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements

1. BA / BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience.
2. C2 level of German proficiency.
3. Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
4. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
5. 0-1 years of sales experience.
6. Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
7. Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
8. Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
9. Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising with a desire to learn and grow.

Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).

Contract and Compensation

Permanent contract with a starting salary of €30,000 gross/year + up to €3,500 gross/year in bonuses, with potential to overachieve.
