The Account Executive is responsible for building client relationships with enterprise businesses within Germany. Successful candidates will prospect via email, phone, and partner ecosystem, develop, and close business efficiently while focusing on client requirements. They must have the confidence to negotiate and close agreements and support onboarding for new customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales quotas through strategic planning and prospecting within assigned territory.
  • Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to increase revenue.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps and promoting Snowflake solutions.
  • Qualify prospects, develop new sales opportunities, and maintain ongoing revenue streams.
  • Conduct executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.
  • Manage sales processes and close opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional revenue opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in data or cloud technology.
  • 5+ years focused on generating new enterprise business.
  • Proven ability to develop and close new client relationships independently.
  • Experience achieving an ARR of $800k+ annually and conducting 8+ face-to-face meetings weekly.
  • Strong activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement record.
  • Skilled in understanding customer requirements and presenting solutions.
  • Proactive, energetic, positive, and independent thinker.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Understanding of broader business drivers around IT.
Bonus Experience:
  • Experience with MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Experience selling enterprise software or cloud applications.
