The incumbent plays a key role in executing country medical affairs plans and tactics, delivering regional and national clinical, scientific, and technical educational activities to healthcare communities, patient organizations, and payers. The MLM develops national scientific content for external communications and supports Biogen's biosimilars research programs (including clinical research and Real World Data Generation) and investigator-sponsored studies at the national level. The role also involves building long-term relationships with key medical experts and stakeholders within therapeutic areas where Biogen is developing or commercializing products, through engagement in national and regional activities. 2. Collaborate with medical affairs, clinical development, and commercial teams; serve as a resource for healthcare professionals, large medical practices, payers, and formulary decision-makers.
  3. Support training of Biogen Biosimilars field and office-based employees.
  4. Provide feedback and insights from interactions with Key Medical Experts and investigators; inform other functions about treatment pattern trends.
  5. Respond to unsolicited requests for information on Biogen Biosimilars products and clinical programs, ensuring full alignment with relevant functions.
  6. Enhance medical affairs presence by supporting national projects and initiatives.
  7. Assist with dossier review, medical review, and evaluation of business development opportunities, including advisory boards, patient support programs, satellite symposia, and digital platforms.
  8. Represent the company at medical meetings and congresses, supporting Medical Affairs activities.
  9. Identify, train, and evaluate speakers; support advisory board meetings as needed.
  10. Develop and monitor engagement plans for key medical experts, establishing long-term collaborations.
  11. Facilitate research collaborations, including RWE generation and investigator-initiated trials, by identifying and maintaining relationships with investigators.
  12. Collaborate with Market Access, Reimbursement, and Commercial teams for stakeholder engagement, in line with regulations.
