About the Role
This role is part of our flexible work model and you will be able to enjoy a mix of 50% onsite and 50% remote work environment, if you are located in one of our office locations.
Responsibilities
- Focus on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers for our products for the office of the CFO and CHRO.
- Sell the company's products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to existing customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
- Must close the sale on products, systems and/or services.
- Generate prospective customers through cold calling and follow up with sales leads. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound activities.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
- Have thorough knowledge of company products, systems and services.
- Direct customers to websites or other resources for information.
- Act as the sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and/or products.
- Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Represent the company to the customer and vice versa in all sales activities.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in closing sales.
- Business fluency in German & English.
- Experience in consultative and collaborative selling and closing.
- Strong experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Experience selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO (e.g., workforce/financial planning, HCM, sourcing/procurement solutions).
Other Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MA/MS preferred.
- Motivated to reach quotas and overperform.
