Sales Manager (m/w/d) France/BeNeLux, Lauffen am Neckar

Location: Lauffen am Neckar, Germany

Company: CPM Extricom Extrusion, part of CPM Process Solutions Group, with locations in Europe, the USA, and China.

We develop and manufacture twin-screw extruders, ring extruders, compounding systems, and produce spare parts for extruders.

To support our growth, we are seeking a qualified Sales Manager (m/w/d) for our management team in Lauffen a.N., with immediate start.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain daily contact with colleagues and customers worldwide.
  2. Sell extrusion parts for twin-screw extruders and compounding systems in France and the BeNeLux region (travel readiness > 50%).
  3. Acquire new customers and support, develop, and maintain existing customer relationships.
  4. Negotiate new and existing business deals.
  5. Assist customers and identify new customer opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments to develop targeted solutions for customer issues.
  7. Analyze national and international markets.
  8. Work closely with colleagues worldwide.
  9. Prepare for and participate in trade shows in cooperation with the marketing department.
Your Profile:
  • Degree (Bachelor/Master) in Industrial Engineering or similar educational background.
  • Excellent German, French, or similar language skills, and English proficiency.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager seeking a new challenge.
  • Ability to remain calm under stress and work according to deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office; ideally familiar with SAP B1 and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and goal-oriented.
  • Team player, independent worker, with strong business acumen.
