Could you be the full-time Process Improvement Coordinator & APSYS Lead in Berlin we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. Supporting the Central Performance & Transformation Team to govern process adoption across DACH/CNE and being the owner of managing processes will be your future role.

We’ll look to you for:

Connect specific D&IS processes to local/regional business objectives and performance

Drive process performance KPI tree at regional level

Ensure regular reporting to local/regional management

Drive coordination with Methods & Tools for D&IS DACH/CNE

Support preparation and conduct of official campaigns for CMMI

Drive continuous deployment and improvement of APSYS across the region

Lead a network of local APSYS leaders

Lead preparation and conduct of official campaigns for APSYS
