What you'll do
  • Drive the design and continuous improvement of complex CRM solutions in close collaboration with business partners and global process owners
  • Consult on optimizing CRM processes and design appropriate IT-based solutions to meet availability and quality targets
  • Define technical specifications for software development (standards, design patterns, test cases, scenarios) and manage the life cycle of designed solutions
  • Conduct potential analysis for new features from regular Salesforce releases, assess their impact on OneCRM, and scan for relevant innovations and new technologies to identify further potential
  • Define requirements, support agile implementation and acceptance by participating in refinement sessions, sprint ceremonies, and testing sessions
Who you are
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other relevant area
  • Have significant experience in designing, implementing, and improving IT-based CRM processes (either inhouse or external) with strong knowledge of Salesforce, ideally with Salesforce certifications
  • Familiar with Salesforce CRM solutions and their integration into an overall customer experience, as well as with further corporate IT solutions
  • Demonstrate a good mix of competencies in CRM business processes and project management concepts and tools, e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, SCRUM
  • Fluent in English and ideally in German or another additional language and are willing to travel to Knauf sites globally as needed
