We seek a Subcontract Management expert responsible for complex work packages from contract award to project completion, collaborating with engineering, project, legal, and construction teams.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Monitoring subcontractor performance
• Processing subcontractor claims
• Managing changes with subcontractors
• Claim management in coordination with contracts
• Minimizing risks due to delays
• Negotiating contracts
• Collaborating with engineering, design, quality, scheduling, and project management
• Implementing continuous improvements
• Reporting to the Project Procurement Manager

Show your expertise

• Degree in economics or engineering
• Experience in procurement of mechanical systems (HVAC, sanitary, wastewater)
• High commercial and technical competence
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; fluent in German and English (B2 level)
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Proactive, results-oriented, collaborative, responsible, adaptable, and growth-minded
