Join us as a Senior People Business Partner (m/f/d) in our People & Relations team on a shared journey that matters!

We, the People & Relations Team, are a vibrant and dedicated group of 18 professionals based in Berlin and Hamburg, supporting the company across three focus areas: Recruiting, Operations, and Business Partnering. Our goal is to deliver top-quality services, develop scalable concepts and frameworks, and foster a positive, appreciative culture.

What you will do

  • Serve as an expert and responsible partner for core HR modules such as learning & development, career planning, leadership development, and compensation & benefits, elevating the company's HR practices.
  • Drive and implement programs, initiatives, and solutions in your designated area, collaborating closely with managers to support leadership and organizational growth.
  • Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, providing relevant concepts, strategies, and solutions.
  • Understand the needs of your business areas related to organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability assessment, and connect with relevant personnel to support business scaling and growth.
  • As a change agent, communicate the perspectives of change and guide processes to ensure successful outcomes.

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • Possess an HR background through apprenticeship or university degree, with relevant experience as a Business Partner or similar in HR.
  • Enjoy acting as a sparring partner, advisor, coach, and finding solutions for individuals and organizations.
  • Capable of deriving strategic people goals from business targets.
  • Interested in providing learning opportunities within the organization.
  • Enjoy cross-functional collaboration; experience or interest in tech & product environments is a plus.
  • Have a genuine interest in people and supporting their growth.
