The Team

  • Alumni from institutions such as INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, among others.
  • Professional experience includes Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), and Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary).
Your Role

We seek an experienced Investment Senior Associate to conduct financial research and analyze prospective investments. The successful candidate will evaluate potential performance and sustainability of investments, contributing to our portfolio management strategy through data analysis for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of investment sourcing, analysis, due diligence, deal negotiations, financial and impact return modeling, and investment recommendations for impact investments and portfolio management.
  • Perform financial modeling, valuation, comparable analyses, and market-specific assessments, including three-statement financial models and sensitivity analyses.
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a demanding environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive economic, industry, and company research and analysis.
  • Lead analysis of various corporate finance transactions, including strategic reviews, capital structure optimization, acquisitions, mergers, and market events.
  • Participate in client meetings, industry conferences, and training sessions.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and confidentiality policies.
  • Contribute to ARCHIMED's unique culture, including recruiting, training, and development efforts.
  • Review past investment decisions to understand the decision-making process.
  • Prepare advisory reports and recommend new investment opportunities to diversify or enhance portfolios.
Requirements
  • Experience in healthcare-related investment projects, such as medical insurance or medical services, is preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with proficiency in modeling and frameworks to analyze organizational performance, ensuring error-free numerical analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex topics clearly and logically, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to inspire confidence and professionalism within ARCHIMED and with investee companies, valuing diverse perspectives.
  • A positive, proactive attitude.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Resilience under pressure, with strong analytical and communication skills.
