TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping you manage your bank account on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank to the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. You will also play a key role in preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers!

Responsibilities:

1. Support customers via phone, chat & email.
2. Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers.
3. Represent our client professionally.
4. Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

1. Fluency in German.
2. Excellent written and spoken English skills.

4. Computer literacy; CRM experience preferred.
5. Ability to handle stressful situations with customers.
6. Customer service experience preferred.
7. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and reliability.
8. EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece.
9. Willingness to relocate to Athens or local candidates.
